AVIANCEO is aircraft management software that runs in your browser, with nothing to install. It is built for owners of piston aircraft and private jets, co-ownership groups, operators, small fleets and corporate pilots. It brings the logbook, maintenance, expenses and bookings together in one place.
You log each flight once and the hours and cycles for the aircraft and every engine update on their own. It does not replace the official logbooks required by the FAA or your aviation authority; it keeps your records organized and at hand.
You add inspections (such as 100-hour or phase inspections), components, engines with their TBO, airworthiness certificate, insurance and licenses, each with its due date by calendar, hours or cycles. A traffic light shows what is overdue, urgent, coming up or current, and email alerts go out before anything is due.
You record the aircraft's expenses and invoices, and AVIANCEO splits them by each partner's agreed share, with cost per hour calculated for you. Splits and statements are ready as PDF, and the shared booking calendar warns you when dates overlap and blocks bookings while the aircraft is in maintenance.
Yes. Using your actual expenses and the hours logged, AVIANCEO calculates cost per flight hour and shows it in financial reports, in US dollars or Mexican pesos. If you rent out or charter your aircraft, you can also record that revenue to compare it against operating costs.
Yes. It works for piston aircraft, turboprops and light, midsize and heavy jets, from a single aircraft to a fleet. You can manage U.S.-registered (N-number) or Mexican-registered aircraft, and each user can work in English or Spanish.
Passwords are stored encrypted, each person signs in with their own role and permissions, and access is locked after repeated failed attempts. Your data is yours: download reports and backups as PDF whenever you want, on top of the monthly backup.
Nothing to install: it works on a computer, tablet or phone. Book a 20-minute demo with your own aircraft's data; we load your aircraft, engines and history, and training is included. Quotes are tailored to your aircraft: request one by WhatsApp or by email at sales@avianceo.com.
